Every room at the House on Belmont has a private bathroom. A door secured on both sides connects the Sharlotte Room and the Francesca Room makes an ideal space for families or friends traveling together! Warm breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 AM each morning in our beautiful dining room. Check out time is 11:00 AM and check in between 3:00 PM and 7:00PM (a later check in can be easily arraigned with advance notice).
Every attempt will be made to accommodate special dietary needs. The House on Belmont is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY, smoking is permitted outside and on the porches. Well behaved Children and pets are welcome. Our dogs Joe and Sophie are always willing to share a doggie treat or two!

Our cancellation Policy is as follows:
The House on Belmont will refund the full amount for any reservation cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date and check in time (3:00 PM EST). Should the cancellation request be made after 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, refund will not be made.
Should a House on Belmont Guest be dissatisfied with accommodations after competition of stay, Guest will be refunded at owner’s discretion and upon written request (within 24 hours of stay) one-half of total stay charges.
